Berner Brew is proud to offer our customers with the best range of hard ciders that we can produce. As of right now we have three different blends of our favorite hard ciders with many more currently in development.
Purebred Hard Cider
Our Purebred blend of hard cider is a semi-sweet combination of both sweet and tart varieties of apples. Honey is added to before fermentation for both an extra kick in flavor and content. This blend of our hard cider pairs great with a burger or any other time of grilled meat.

Pawsitively Sweet Hard Cider
Our sweet hard cider is made from the finest varieties of sweet apples. Like our Purebred hard cider this blend is infused with honey after fermentation for a sweet finish. This blend of our hard cider pairs great with any type of sweet dessert or food.

Ruff Hard Cider
Our Ruff hard cider blend is made from largely tart varieties of apples with a few sweet ones thrown in every so often. As the name describes it may be considered to be a rougher blend of our cider while keeping an exceptional taste. Like the Purebred blend this cider is fermented with honey to add some sweetness back into it as well as provide an extra kick of flavor and content. This cider is served best with sweeter food and white meat or fish.
